Dear Team,
I’m reaching out regarding a payment issue with my ticket booking on the RABTA app. On 16-Mar, at 2:45 pm, I made a payment of Rs. 49,218 for 6 tickets. Although the payment was deducted from my account, the app showed “payment unsuccessful.”
After the timer expired, the tickets were canceled, and the payment has not been reimbursed. I kindly request your assistance in either:
1. Reinstating the tickets
2. Refunding the payment in full, without any deductions
