Green Line is the new fast luxury Pakistani train that runs between Karachi to Margalla Rawalpindi via Drug Road, Hyderabad, Rohri, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Lahore, Chaklala Rawalpindi and Islamabad/Margalla. According to Pakistan Railways train numbers, Green Line is Karachi to Islamabad 5 Up and Rawalpindi to Karachi 6 Down. This train takes approximately 23 hours to complete its 1548 km journey. I’m reaching out regarding a payment issue with my ticket booking on the RABTA app. On 16-Mar, at 2:45 pm, I made a payment of Rs. 49,218 for 6 tickets. Although the payment was deducted from my account, the app showed “payment unsuccessful.”
After the timer expired, the tickets were canceled, and the payment has not been reimbursed. I kindly request your assistance in either:
1. Reinstating the tickets
